Description

This parish church was built in 1790 and was dedicated to St. Blaise; there was already an earlier church in Doues in 1176, as recorded in a papal bull, and it was located in the village of La Cerise.
The present church has an imposing façade with four pilasters, in the center above the portal is a large painting of St. Blaise, and next to it stands the beautiful bell tower decorated with a single and a double lancet window. On the side of the church is a chapel built by the lords of La Crête, where their tomb is located.
