Details
Description
This medieval building is a strong house, typical in the Aosta Valley; it is a massive structure and was built by the ''de Bocha'' family in the 12th century. In the 14th century, after quarrels of the noble family with the Count of Savoy, the latter had its tower destroyed, and from that time there is no more news of the building until the 15th century, when the nobles of Bosses had it rebuilt and it belonged to their family until 1742.
Since 1984 it has belonged to the Autonomous Region of Valle d'Aosta and can be visited during exhibitions and events.
